In this 10-week group-session you will be able to work with any current or past issues in your life.
Our goal with the Growth Group sessions is to create a safe and comfortable environment in which you will have the opportunity to share and explore your feelings and thoughts in depth.
Through a combination of lecture, group sharing, intense one-to-one work with each and every individual (including chairwork), and periodic assignments, you will have the opportunity to have a better understanding of these feelings and thoughts, and learn how to deal with them so you can have a better and more comfortable life.
